How much does lawn mowing cost?
Pricing is based on lawn size and time of year. April through October we require weekly mowing to keep your grass healthy, prevent overgrowth, and keep your HOA off your back during peak growing season. November through March, bi-weekly is all you need.
Small Yard Up to 3,500 sqft of lawn
Weekly: $36 per visit
Bi-Weekly: $49 per visit
Medium Yard 3,500-6,000 sqft of lawn
Weekly: $50 per visit
Bi-Weekly: $69 per visit
Large Yard 6,000-8,500 sqft of lawn

Do you offer a bi-weekly mowing schedule?
Yes, but only November through March when grass growth slows down. Bi-weekly is plenty then.
April through October, we require weekly mowing. North Texas summers make grass grow fast, and bi-weekly during peak season means we're always playing catch-up. Weekly keeps your lawn consistent, your HOA happy, and your yard looking cared for.
How much does fertilizer & weed control cost?
Our fertilizer and weed control program keeps your lawn green, healthy, and weed-free year-round.
We treat every six weeks, eight times a year, and each visit includes what your lawn needs for that season: fertilizer, weed preventer, winterizer, or targeted weed control.
Small Up to 3,500 sq ft: $68 per treatment
Medium 3,500 to 6,000 sq ft: $85 per treatment
Large 6,000 to 8,500 sq ft: $99 per treatment
Most lawns look noticeably better after 3-4 treatments.
Are the lawn treatments safe for my kids and pets?
Yes, absolutely. Our licensed technicians apply all products strictly according to the product label.
Just keep kids and pets off the lawn until the application dries, which is usually within an hour.
You'll get a text one to two days before your treatment and another a few minutes before we arrive so you're never caught off guard.
How often do you spray my lawn for weeds?
We come out every 4-6 weeks to spray for weeds.

What time will they be at my property?
The team will be at your property any time between 7 and 5.
What if I lock my gate?
We ask that the gate be unlocked on the days we mow, or provide a combination lock with a code.

When do you charge my credit/debit card?
Card will be charged within 1 business day of service.
What if I want to skip a service?
We are willing to help with most scheduling desires. Please let us know within 24 hours of wanting to cancel to be able to skip that day.
Can I cancel at anytime?
We will continue service year to year until you decide to cancel.
