• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to work year-round
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and rainy conditions
• Previous lawn care experience preferred
• A valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working on your feet for extended periods

What You’ll Do

• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, flower bed maintenance, mulching, and other lawn care tasks
• Prepare and load equipment for each day’s scheduled work
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Maintain a professional attitude and teamwork mentality
