Mowing Schedule:

April-October: Weekly or Bi-weekly

November-March: Bi-weekly/Winter Maintenance

Note:
Your mowing service automatically switches to weekly on April 1 and to bi-weekly mid November, with the option to adjust your schedule if needed.

Winter Maintenance (Dec–Feb): We switch your mowing to bi-weekly winter maintenance automatically. Same price as mowing. Same time on property. More value. We do things like weed pulling, shrub & tree trimming, leaf & branch cleanup, ice melt, exterior property inspections with photos uploaded to client portal, scalping to prep for spring, and occasional mowing.

Winter maintenance saves you money on big fall and spring cleanups and keeps your property looking great all winter.

Fertilizer and Weed Control:

- 8 treatments a year. Visits are done every 4-6 weeks.

- Unlimited weed control. If you don't see any weeds die, yellow, or wilt after 2 weeks. Contact us and we’ll come back out to spray the lawn free of charge.

- Includes pre-emergent, post emergent, winterizer, and fertilizer depending on the time of year.

- We recommend watering the lawn 12-24 hours after the service to help the pellets dissolve. Watering between 3:00 and 6:00 AM is best to avoid evaporation.
